Its an ampersand you idiot

I don't know if anyone who knows me realises how boring my job is.
I was just in a meeting about chip and pin and the guy giving the presentation came out with a few gems:
When you're out at the weekend and people tell you we're behind on chip and pin tell them its not true we have a ready-follower strategy.
If you want to email us just write 'chip and pin', yes the word "and", not the little sign thingy.
