Our weekend

Friday night me, Sam and Toby went out in the Lower East Side, or LES as the trendoids call it. This is where my internship at The Cast is. We went to a few bars and then got some brilliant frozen margaritas to take away in a coffee cup. We went to another bar and then met with these kids who’d been to England once or something. We all went out to this club and danced like morons to the tippity top indie tunes.

Sam, Toby and I then took a cab home and Toby decided to get out and walk because he hated indie clubs…EVEN THOUGH WE WERE GOING HOME!!!!! Yeaass…Apparently I was just saying to Sam just leave him, just let him walk even though he had no idea where we were. It was a joke!

Anyway, after getting in at 4 in the morning..damn New York bars..I got up at ten (on a Saturday mind!) to go to Parkett to finish a transcription. I was so hungover I thought I was going to die. This woman dropped her phone in the subway and I got up and gave it to her and all these people were saying Woo! Good job lady! Or something but by that time I had already retreated into my cocoon of hell.

I then went to Chelsea to the Starrett Lehigh building with the amazing views to help Parkett’s stand at an art fair. It was pretty boring, but Moni who I work with is quite entertaining. Got home at about seven and Sam and Toby had only got up an hour ago!!!! We watched Tarnation which isn’t really the best hangover film but was good.
